As a mezuzah cover, it brings the look of fine silver jewelry to the doorway, with delicate handmade filigree, an extra large profile, and a transparent design that lets the sacred scroll remain part of the visual beauty.

The live product story describes the old Italian craft of preparing silver into fine threads and small domes before shaping it into ornate jewelry. That same feeling comes through in this mezuzah holder, where handmade 925 sterling silver is worked into striking tracery and filigree around the scroll chamber. For customers looking for elevated Judaica, this piece belongs naturally with our sterling silver mezuzah cases.

Unlike a fully closed mezuzah case, this design has a transparent quality that allows the parchment to be seen through the silverwork. That makes the kosher klaf (קְלָף, parchment) part of the presentation itself, giving the doorway a rare balance of craftsmanship, reverence, and visibility.

Glorious Extra Large Silver Filigree Mezuzah Specs

Use the specs below to confirm scroll fit, origin, material, measurements, mounting style, and recommended placement for this extra large sterling silver mezuzah case.

Origin: Made in Israel

Scroll Fit: Fits a 6-inch kosher mezuzah scroll

Material: Handmade 925 sterling silver

Color: Silver

Measurements: 8" tall by 1" wide

Mounting: Affixes securely with nails or screws

Use: Suitable for indoor doorways and exterior doorways

Water-resistant: Yes, when sealed properly with double-sided tape

How to Insert Scroll: Back

Sterling Silver Mezuzah Scroll Guidance

This mezuzah case is designed to hold a 6-inch kosher mezuzah scroll.
