Land of Israel Stone Mezuzah

Israel is only 470km in length and the width of the country can be crossed by car in about 90 minutes! Combine the small size of Israel with the fact that Israel can be divided into four distinct geographical regions. You'll find an amazing geography where mountains and plains, fertile land, and desert are often minutes apart. This is why there is an incredible range of natural hues found in the rocks of Israel.

This beautiful stone Mezuzah is handcrafted in Israel from real Jerusalem stone.

Please note that the color will vary on this product. Natural Jerusalem stone can range from off white to pink in color. Jerusalem Stone is a natural product and each Mezuzah will have unique surface characteristics such as differences in texture or cracks. These are characteristics of Jerusalem Stone and don't in any way compromise the strength, quality or beauty of the product. You can read more about Jerusalem stone here.

Mezuzah Scroll Options:

This mezuzah case can be paired with the matching kosher mezuzah scroll shown in the product add-on area near the Add to Cart button. For this size, choose the Extra Small Kosher Mezuzah Scroll, which is made to fit compact mezuzah cases that hold a 2.8-inch scroll.

If you buy the scroll from us as well, we can ship your mezuzah with the scroll carefully rolled and inserted inside the case. When this mezuzah is shipped with a scroll already inserted, we seal the back with double-sided tape to help create an airtight seal, making the case usable on exterior doorways when properly sealed.

The case gives your doorway its visible beauty, but the kosher klaf (קְלָף, parchment) inside is what fulfills the mitzvah (מִצְוָה, commandment). Smaller scrolls are especially common for compact cases and are often chosen by customers browsing Sephardic Mezuzahs, while customers comparing script and minhag options may also want to view our Ashkenazi Mezuzahs.
