Rose Veiled Shin Marble Mezuzah
The Rose Veiled Shin Marble Mezuzah is a handcrafted mezuzah case made in Israel from natural marble in rose, blush, cream, ivory, and white tones. As a mezuzah cover, its polished rounded form and elongated pale Shin create a refined seven-inch doorway piece shaped by genuine stone variation.
The lightly engraved Hebrew letter appears almost veiled across the marble, allowing the natural veining and mineral movement to remain visible. Each case has its own coloring and pattern, so no two mezuzot will look exactly alike.

Natural Stone Variation in the Rose Veiled Shin Marble Mezuzah
Rose, dusty pink, cream, ivory, white clouding, darker markings, and mineral speckles occur naturally throughout the marble. One mezuzah may appear lighter while another shows deeper rose areas or stronger contrast.
These variations are natural, not defects, and do not compromise the strength, craftsmanship, or beauty of the case. The rounded shape lets the pattern continue around the sides, giving every marble mezuzah case its own character.
Meaning of the Shin on the Rose Marble Mezuzah
The stylized Shin (ש, Shin, Hebrew letter) is engraved vertically across the upper face. Shin is the first letter of Shaddai (שַׁדַּי, Shaddai, Divine Name) and is traditionally connected with Shomer Daltot Yisrael (שׁוֹמֵר דַּלְתוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל, Shomer Daltot Yisrael, Guardian of the doorways of Israel).
The exterior symbol identifies and beautifies the holder, while the handwritten kosher parchment (klaf) inside fulfills the mitzvah (מִצְוָה, mitzvah, commandment). Its flowing treatment also gives this piece a natural place among artistic mezuzahs.
Scroll Fit for the Rose Veiled Shin Marble Mezuzah
The rear chamber accepts kosher mezuzah scrolls from 4 Inches (10 cm) through 6 Inches (15 cm). Choose a listed compatible size so the parchment rests securely without being folded, trimmed, crushed, pinched, or forced.
The case may be ordered on its own. When a compatible scroll is purchased with it, Mezuzah Store can carefully roll and insert the parchment through the opening in the back before sealing the chamber with double-sided mezuzah tape.
The marble holder protects and presents the klaf (קְלָף, klaf, parchment), while the handwritten text fulfills the mitzvah. Compare compatible Kosher Mezuzah Scrolls by size and writing tradition.
Our guide to what is inside a mezuzah explains the two Torah passages handwritten by a sofer STaM and why the case does not replace a kosher scroll.
Mounting and Caring for the Rose Marble Mezuzah
Install the rose and pink mezuzah on a clean, dry, smooth, and stable section of the doorpost using the included extra-strong tape. Insert the scroll and seal the back first, then press the case firmly and evenly into place.
The case may be used outdoors when properly sealed, although a sheltered entrance is preferred. Water-resistant does not mean fully sealed against water, so inspect the seal periodically and avoid direct sprinklers, standing moisture, or severe exposure.
Dust the marble with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasives, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture that could affect the polished natural stone or pale engraving.
